hi this is how it goes

Q. you have 2 weapons (lets say axes) they are both max dmg 15^50s with exactly the same mods ( lets say ebon and shelter ) and you have 16 points in axe mastery but one has a req of 8 and the other 13 would there be a difference in dmg becaus eof the req

pls i need this answer it has been pestering me for ages

NO, req only makes a difference if you do or don't meet it.

This has been asked a million times. Requirement has no effect on the damage ouput of the weapon itself so long as you meet the requirement. Bothe axes would do teh same amount of damage if you meet the requirement for each. Extra attribute points do not make teh damage on the weapon higher. Max damage is the max it can output when the requirement is met or exceeded, period.
